What I cannot forgive it for is the complete failure of engineering that requires you to press this shut hard enough that I feel like I am going to break something in order to lock it into place. The comb is also completely nonfunctional if you wanted to use this for actually combing your hair (its just flat ridges cut out of sheet metal). I would go far enough as to call this product a scam.
