You want to print on the whiter side (always). If in doubt about which side is which - take out 2 sheets from pack and turn 1 over to compare side by side. You’ll clearly spot which side is brighter. I also use a sharpie and write ‘print side’ on the face of the clear envelope so I can put any sheets I didn’t print on back in the envelope the right way up. Better to contact Canon direct,( if you can find a contact number/address for them.) **Q: Is this paper blank on both sides i.e it doesn't have the Canon logo printed on one side, thanks.** A: You can actually print on the wrong side, my Canon printer copes with that very well. Yes, the colours are duller, and the paper is not white, but for the inside of a greetings/Christmas card, that doesn't matter to me. **Q: Is this paper white without any prints on the back?** A: Yes, it is white, matte coated on the front and plain on the back.
