Unlike regular Cassia Cinnamon, Ceylon Cinnamon sticks are soft, with a light-yellowish brown colour and a highly fragrant aroma, rolled multiple thin strips of cinnamon bark and flake easily for grinding into fine powder or to add to curries or flavour rice, custards, even Tea. Also edible as is , probably a small piece.

Well packaged, nice quills, doesn’t seem to have as strong a scent as I was expecting but the flavour is good.

Awful. Waste of money. I just received it today and disappointed with the quality of the product as I found mould inside some of the cinnamon barks. And the remaining quills which seems to be in “good” condition, taste rancid. So overall I am not happy at all with the quality, aroma and taste of the product received. Can not understand the good reviews that are probably fake or bought. It should be banned to sell a product like this through amazon and not have even the right to return it.
