This and other details you can find in the Product description **Q: How is delivered? is there plastic involved? as i'm going to uni soon and hoping to buy this soap. as being a student i would love to have no plastic.** A: Hi, It is wrapped primarily in cellophane (food grade) and then the label wich is paper. The Cellophane is biodegradable as is the label - we hope this information is of some benefit to you. **Q: Which percentage should i try? When i have tried soap bars in my hair before it became very waxy and unable to brush it.** A: I always use the 8% anything higher is too stringent for me. . I only use it on my hair a couple of times a week and it leaves it very soft and shiny. I use the bar directly on my hair and make sure it is rinsed out completely. **Q: Whats the PH of this soap?** A: sorry but saying this is PH NEUTRAL is VERY misleading. I’ve been using Aleppo soap for a while now (from different brands etc) and this one is really good ! It’s quite big so a bit weird to use and not very practical but I won’t judge on this as you get a bigger quantity than a lot of other shops ! Just be aware, I use it for my face and it stings the eyes A LOT if you are not careful ! This is normal and it’s not caused from chemicals as all do the same !
