What an absolutely BEAUTIFUL book! I've read it cover to cover and can't wait to try some of the recipes. It's truly brilliant. I'm not just saying this but out of all the fermenting books I've got (a lot), this one makes me want to have a go at re-creating the recipes more than any other... simple to follow methods that makes booch making totally achievable for anyone.

This book is great. Really good quality pages and I'm so looking forward to trying out the flavours. I don't have a cold press but will consider getting one so I can experiment with flavouring my Kombucha brews.
