Mine came crushed and broken up. However when I contacted the seller I was able to easily get a new replacement which was fine. So the customer service is really great and I do recommend this product. Review: The colour is perfect for my skin (pale - The colour is perfect for my skin (pale, with neutral to warm undertones). The contour looks rather neutral in the image but is actually more warm but not too overwhelming for my skin. It has great pigmentation, the highlight shade if perfect for under the eyes to brighten the area as it is matte (I prefer a more shimmery highlight for my cheekbones), it would also serve well to clean up under your contour if you wanted it sharper. There is some kickback when I dip my brush into the pallet but nothing I can't deal with. I also have some trouble opening the product with my nails, I'm not sure if this is a problem for anyone else, but I'm struggling, I have to use a tweezer to open the product (this may just be a personal problem). Overall, the product is pretty amazing. The product is also HUGE and for the price (£4.39 at time of purchase) I simply cannot complain. Or is the shade too dark to look natural ?** A: It depends on whether you have a skin tone that has yellow undertones or pink undertones - you can be pale but the undertone decides whether it works or not. The brown side is very warm toned, it looks okay if you've caught the sun a tiny bit. I'm super pale with pink/blue undertones so I cut it a bit with eyeshadow by putting a dab of soft greyish brown shadow on the brush a little first then dabbing into this (the fall out is insane on this palette, a tiny sweep causes powder to go everywhere on it so don't do the other way around) - witha. Tiny bit of grey added in, it takes away the warmth and stops it from looking like a bronzer. The light colour works well for setting concealer and for using as a setting power in general. It's a big palette too. **Q: Is the highlighter section the same as the actual wet n wild megaglo highlighter? It’s a good quality contour kit and I also use it as an eyeshadow pallet, making it great value for money.
