Go from 3/4" to 2" not the way you asked . **Q: The screw bit shown in the photos for the Kreg Junior R3 system is square, are the these screw head also use the square bit?** A: all the screw heads are square drive and match the 6in bit in the kreg k4ms and other pocket hole kits overall a pretty good selection of screws **Q: using 2 panels of 18mm mdf which screws are suggested,building a wardrobe ?** A: I'm with the James L and Furrydude on this.Assuming carcase construction I'd use 1 1/4 inch coarse thread for MDF. 18mm MDF with compression you might come through the side. Testing on off cuts is good advice.
