But it's very easy to apply, as it spreads round the affected area really well, though you do have to use your finger. A medical glove might be a good idea if you don't fancy using your bare finger, and would be better if you have long fingernails **Q: does this shrink permenently get rid of external piles?** A: It helps with pain and it does shrink back a bit but I have one and it big so it doesn't go back completely and I'm bedridden at this time but it does relieve pain and I keep buying it.
