You can paint over it. I find that any water, even from shoes that have walked over wet grass will cause the application to de-bond, creating the white powder described by others. If you wipe your feet, etc. the bonding in this product stays. However, walking on it (are they surprised that people do this on concrete) causes dulling of the surface, giving an appearance that its not effective. I even took pictures and sent them to the Manufacturer who advises a wipe down should resolve the issue (which it does, as it removes the coating!). The only solution is to regularly re-apply another layer, meaning continual expense which is good for everbuild. The garage of my house was concreted without an anti-dust additive included. There are some parts of the floor that just soak the sealant up - i have noted it i.e. underneath a pallet where no water or people ever go. Once its applied you are stuck with it and it can turn to glue if moisture gets between the floor surface and an object. **Q: can it be used outdoors** A: Sorry a bit late but yes it say suitable for interior and exterior surfaces. **Q: Hi. Does this stuff dry to a gloss finish and if so is it slippy when wet.
