Oh, what a difference a bit of heat makes...! This unprepossessing-looking "lumpy-because-of-the-soy-beans peanut butter look-alike" was transformed! People here are using it on everything, so it looks like I have lots of experimenting to look forward to, but for now this sludgey, yellowish-brown, savoury, umami-ish glaze/marinade is impressing me more than I expected on first impressions. I would say its certainly worth having a play with... Review: Nice - Just use it in anything 😀 well not sweet things 😜 But it's a nice addition to seasoning as it has a nice taste. Even add a bit in the mayonnaise perfect for soups or meat it's easy to use. Just try it. Versatile enough to use for everything from dipping, spreading, marinating, throwing into cooking. Adds huge dimension to things like noodles and vegetables/salads. Just delicious however it's used.
