I did see the question has been asked before but that was 2 years ago.** A: Thank you for your inquiry. From the factory the Euro Ace detector is shipped with - INCLUDED WITH PURCHASE: ACE Environmental Cover-Up, Garrett™ ClearSound Easy Stow Headphones and a Garrett All-Purpose Backpack. **Q: can you detect on wet sand with this metal detector?.** A: All i can say is the EuroACE is a great starter kit and yes you can detect on wet sand , but signals on wet sand can easily be misread due to the ground structure and contents, my recommendation to you is use it on dry sand first then move down to the wet, but bare in mind the majority of coins, jewellery is normally found above the tide mark where people have been sunbathing, and another thing make sure you go on the crown site to look at the whole coastline of britain to ensure you are not breaking any rules of where you can and cannot detect, you will be amazed on how much coastline belongs to local councils, private land owners and national trust which in all 3 cases are a def NO NO for example bridport/westbay , there is only about 200 meters of beach that permits metal detecting. all council land is forbidden and all national trust land. Good luck **Q: on the box it says that it comes with a all purpose back pack but mine didnt have one. anyone know why please?** A: It normally is at the bottom of the box under the flap. Can you please contact us via telephone. ## Customer Reviews ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Great starter detector *by R***Y on 16 January 2024* Just started out detecting and after trying the same model decided to get one. Very pleased been using for over a year (don’t see the point of reviewing this type of thing unless you have used it a lot) and can honestly say very pleased! As you can see it does work, these are a small selection of the coins I have found and they range from the third century! The display is easy to understand, change and some of these coins were over 30cm down, the trick is learning the sounds and perseverance! Having a pinpointer is essential no matter what detector you have, my advice is this is definitely worth the money and a great starter unit but also good enough for me to continue using as I like the weight, as well as the balance when using it. To be honest I wouldn’t think I will spend a lot more getting a “better” detector as my brother has recently bought hisself a much more expensive unit but hasn’t found more than me! ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Top quality detector with a great discrimination scale, ideal for anyone wanting to start Detecting *by P***S on 5 April 2021* Well made, easy to assemble, air test on most metal coins 10 inches, easy to use and set up, some cool features, about the right price for a metal detector with the specWhat I liked is you get free headphones, free instructional DVD, a rucksack and book and a waterproof cover. It would have been a better detector if it had the number value on the display as some cheaper metal detectors have but you can’t have everything for a beginners detector. ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Well impressed! *by A***R on 29 September 2016* Great product for me; a beginner! Take your time to watch the provided DVD and practice learning the tones and the display screen. Should only take an hour or so to get the basics. Spent a few hours in the garden and found two 1967 pennies, 8 and half pence and a 1972 20 centimes French coin. Learning all the time. Great instructions, great product and bags of fun. Glad I opted for this model. Next purchase is a pinpointing tool which will save me time finding earth covered objects. You get a carry bag , headphones and a protective screen cover, well imprested. --- ## Why Shop on Desertcart? - 🛒 **Trusted by 1.3+ Million Shoppers** — Serving international shoppers since 2016 - 🌍 **Shop Globally** — Access 737+ million products across 21 categories - 💰 **No Hidden Fees** — All customs, duties, and taxes included in the price - 🔄 **15-Day Free Returns** — Hassle-free returns (30 days for PRO members) - 🔒 **Secure Payments** — Trusted payment options with buyer protection - ⭐ **TrustPilot Rated 4.5/5** — Based on 8,000+ happy customer reviews **Shop now:** [https://www.desertcart.tn/products/47941525-garrett-1140360-euroace-metal-detector-clear-gold](https://www.desertcart.tn/products/47941525-garrett-1140360-euroace-metal-detector-clear-gold) --- *Product available on Desertcart Tunisia* *Store origin: TN* *Last updated: 2026-10-01*
