While the ingredient does that job well, we haven't launched any new haircare products with DMDM Hydantoin in the last several years. **Q: does this product have silicone?** A: Run don't touch it **Q: Is this sulfate, sodium, and chlorine free?** A: Sulfate free, yes as well as chlorine.
