However, the SanDisk card did give faster write speeds in comparison with the previous card. It wasn't a scientific test, I simply watched how quickly the camera would ready itself for the next shot after the shutter button was pushed. It was noticeably quicker, despite being the same class of card......... I recently bought a Moto G5 mobile phone. When I inserted my "older" class 10 SD card the phone came up with a warning that it wasn't a fast enough card and data/apps could "hang" if the card was used. However, using the SanDisk card the phone accepted it with no warnings at all...... So, it looks like read/write speeds do vary on different makes of card despite technically being the same!! Anyway, in the short time that I've had these cards, (I bought 2), they have been fast, faultless and do exactly what they were designed to do. I only needed 32 Gig capacity, but a far greater size than this is available should you need it They are great for most general photos/videos etc...... But you can format up to a 2TB storage device with FAT32. You just need to format it on a PC before use with a program like Win32 Formatter.
