**Q: is this fresh from the season? or is from previous year laying in warehouse?**
A: Not so fresh wha I get it

**Q: does it has manufacturing or expiration date to know if it is fresh?**
A: I have enjoyed turron de Jijona my entire life, and, to tell the truth, I don't think that this turron could possibly get stale. To look for a date has  never occurred to me. However, to comply with your inquiry I did check, and there is a date of 2/2018 on the packaging.
