Well, I am not disappointed. I understand being a techie that I would not get 320Gb. Inserting the drive took 10 seconds and then I turned the power on. The Xbox installed the disk stealthily and I had 293Gb to use. I copied my profile and moved games saves and and avatars etc and put them on the new drive. I then installed a game onto the hard drive. I have to report that everything is working as expected. Please understand that even though you copy a game from a disk to the hard drive, you will still need the game disk, as it prevents piracy.
