As to what temperature this is I am not sure but one would hope it was low enough NOT to destroying the nutrients! To be honest, I've now stopped taking all supplements, and believe me I was on a few for some years! They are great if you just need a boost and it will help, but if you have multifaceted health issues, I've found, from experience, they are not the answer on their own or at least they werent for me!. I am not sure of the reasons you are looking into buying this natural supplement, but if it's for chronic illness, then let me know.
