I want a mascara that watches off completely with soap and water. Does this one?** A: I dont know about "More" but this one does wash off with soap and water. Ive never had to use anything stronger. I wash most of it off with water then clean up the skin/rest with a basic face wash **Q: Is this smudge proof?** A: I have no problems with it flaking or smudging at all.
