Legal Disclaimer E&OE Review: Quieten the engine down - This stuff quiet in the engine down I used it in my Jaguar XF because my timing chain has got quite a rattle it did quieten it down for a short time but a few weeks later it’s still rattling I think the lubrication could be suspect with this using it long-term it is a fantastic tool though when you are rebuilding an engine to use this as your assembly lubrication but I wouldn’t use it long-term Review: Brilliant stuff - I have an Audi Q7 which like most engine if this gen has a timing chain rattle on start up due to the tensioner losing it's oil pressure while stood overnight and then rattling on start up for a couple of seconds until it builds oil pressure in the tentioner, it's done this since I've owned the car. I say this and thought I'd give it a try and well this additive has completely stopped the rattle on start up, I don't mean improved it, I mean it's just doesn't rattle on start up any more at all. The engine also genuinely feels smooth are and quieter as well (not that it was bad before) it just feels better. Great product that actually does what they say it does. I'm shocked it worked this well, but it has so I'll recommend it.
