I ordered a different make and had to return it because the box was open and the bottle wasn’t sealed.** A: The one I received was sealed but it was some time ago. It is of limited use didn't moisten the mouth long enough for me but better than nothing. **Q: How good if this stuff really?** A: I personally do not find this helpful and have only tried it once. I suffer with Sjogrens Syndrome which makes my mouth very dry - this spray actually stings and does not really lubricate for my need. I find Bio-Xtra mouth gel and spray by far the best for me and far more effective. I've tried several brands for dry mouth and Biotene is the only one that tastes okay and works, I currently keep one bottle on my bedside table, one in my handbag and one on my desk in living room. I've been using the mouthguard for about 8 years (wow that's a long time) I've also tried the gel which does the job but I don't want to keep putting a dollop on my finger and have to keep getting up to wash my hands. It isn't perfect, the effect doesn't last very long and annoyingly the bottles leak so I decant the spray into reusable spray bottles.
