It's nice to know that their customer care is proactive in resolving any problems!Second Test:Pros: Look pretty (pink!), lightweight, have a closure lock and leave hair straight and smooth.Cons: Curved back so don't sit securely on a surface, not the best for use when curling hair (curls drop relatively quickly even on highest heat).First Pair:They went straight (har..har) back I bought them because they were pretty pink and I just needed a new set of decent straighteners.I use straighteners to curl the hair (my current ones on 170-80, last 2 days). I used these on the highest heat to curl the hair and the curls had fallen out within half an hour. Heat was not consistent, funny smell and strange noise.
