Just try to use as little as possible at first and slowly use more. If too much is used, you'll taste a slightly sour flavor. If too little is used, coagulation won't be enough. After you strain the soy milk, bring it back to around 180 degrees Fahrenheit and turn the burner off. Dissolve the tofu coagulant in some water and then mix the coagulant water into the hot soy milk. Do not over mix. Just mix it enough and then let it sit for at least 10 minutes to coagulate.
