So good that they are the only picks I use these days. The end is sharp and quite bright, overall pleasant to use, similar to a Jazz III but doesn't 'stick' to the strings in the same way I find those picks do and also not as brittle sounding. The variable flexibility is absolutely genius too but the real reason I keep but these picks is because, if you turn the pick on it's side and play with the rubber end it creates a beautiful warm sound that is perfect for playing jazz. I have trouble holding a standard pick due to a problem with my fingers so these being a little thicker have been a big help although because I am playing regularly it's tricky to change from my old style of using a normal pick with some blu tac on it (not ideal) to using the Dava Grips full time. I like them, my guitar sounds good, all I need to do is spend more time working with them, but I will get there eventually! I would say, if as a beginner you are finding standard picks moving around as you play, that these will definitely help you. **Q: Are these delrin? As I know they do nylon and gel too** A: Not sure but they feel like soft nylon with a good rubber grip. Every band member that I've shared them with loves them. **Q: Is the pack of assorted stiffness ? if so i have a green one so is it possible to order a pack of just that colour ?** A: The picks are the same, just different colours. The stiffness of pick can be varied depending where/how it is held. **Q: Get them in!!!! ?** A: I think these plectrums are brilliant. They have much more grip than others. Just right for us oldies whose finger grip isn't what it used to be.
