The company reached out to me, without me even notifying them, and they asked how they could make things right. They went above and beyond my expectations. Pros: Is in fact water resistant Fits a 17" laptop + charger Tons of pockets, with much more space than I expected Luxurious interior, feels extremely high quality and very visually pleasing Fits a 40oz hydroflask (it's a little snug but gets the job done) Cons: Did come with a missing pullstring nib, but this was fixed by the seller! The water resistant material does make a rubbing noise when you walk against your clothing The straps are a little lacking on padding, but unless you're hiking in this thing, you'll be just fine I recommend this product! Great backpack for traveling and school life.
