We had bought a second hand car for my daughter which had a dog odour, used both the jar and spray and they had no impact whatsoever - didn't even have a chemical smell after using the jar in the car overnight. I did ring to raise concerns that it had not worked the first time round and was sent another jar and spray - again used both but again no difference and again not even a trace of a chemical smell after leaving the jar in overnight.
