My hair has been stuck in that 'doesn't want to grow, you can't make me' stage for the past 3 years. I've tried everything; hair masks, hair cuts, and all the flimsy tricks like plaiting it for bed and sleeping on a silk pillowcase. Nothing made a difference. As with my nails- I come from a working background where my hands are always dirty, and my nails are always breaking, splitting and are brittle as anything...even nail hardener polishes would be cracked within a couple of hours and so didn't do a satisfactory job. I cannot reccomend this enough. My hair has grown at least 4 inches since starting this product just over two months ago. My nails are actually growing (!) and only occasionally split or break. Everything just feels so much stronger and healthier, I honestly cannot state how amazed I am.
