Very well packaged with shock resistance. Installation was done in less than 5 minutes. Don't consider myself as tech savvy. As long as you have WiFi in your home/office, by downloading the app, you can see what's happening in your home from anywhere in the world. I'm now watching my partner talking on the phone at home, and I'm sitting in my office 30 miles away. Not to mention this camera has audio feature too. You can hear the sound, but not with 100% clarity. I believe they will make the Gen 2 with better functions. But for $5 a month, you can pay for cloud usage. So after 4 months, if you need anything recorded, you have no choice.
