Review: Yet another aid that's been VERY helpful for weight loss. - As with several other reviews I've left regarding such products to help with weight loss; due to crippling chronic pain & disability I can no longer exercise at all. My diet also became very poor & my weight inevitably just kept creeping upwards, (which is the last thing I need with serious spinal damage/issues). I needed reliable high quality supplements that could help me to lose weight by themselves WITHOUT any exercise. Determining trustworthy & authentic high end goods from the absolute rubbish or "snake oils" has taken considerable time, expense, & a fair degree of trial and error. Over time, thankfully I've managed to find some quality products that truly work & this supplement is definitely one of the more effective I've tried to date. Trawling through countless reviews for each product to further sort the good from the bad has been a further pain, but also had to be done. I initially started out using garcinia cambogia in conjunction with raspberry ketone & a natural bowel cleanse, & I saw some quite rapid & drastic results early on just with them, (just over 1 stone in 30 days)!!. However, after a certain amount of weight had come off I then just ended up holding at the weight I'd dropped down to, (I've never been absolutely sure if this was inconsistencies with the supplements I'd purchased or due to other factors). Eventually, I did some more research & added in some high strength Vit C & fibre supplements which have also helped, along with PhD Nutrition's diet whey protein powder. Together, they gave me another more moderated weight loss & then the same thing happened again, after dropping a certain amount I then just held at a given weight, but things were still going in the right direction at least. I also tried a Testo Booster to help boost my metabolism & to help with extreme fatigue from sleep deprivation, that too actually helped a little more. Finally, I saw that PhD Nutrition's whey powder came with these CLA supplements as a dual pack on desertcart, (& they're cheaper as such than buying the 2 individually). After reading up some more to check if they'd be suitable, I gave these CLA supplements a trial as well & they really did surprise me with another relatively fast weight drop. Initially, I literally lost 1 lb per day for the first 3 weeks of using these CLA supplements!! In fact, "surprised" is an understatement. Things have slowed up more again now, but as I continue to take this CLA I'm still seeing some small weight drops. Using a reasonably careful system & combination of all of the above supplements, (some of them "on & off" so my body isn't constantly dealing with a barrage of all of these different supplements at the same time), WITHOUT ANY EXERCISE AT ALL, I've now lost a total of 4 stone over the past 7 - 8 months, AMAZING!!! Whats more, they're also helping to stabilise my weight at lower doses & it isn't immediately creeping upwards again. Certainly, results far beyond anything I ever imagined or expected. IF ONLY I could somehow exercise again too, it's possible that by using all of these different supps & a structured fitness program, I could have gone on to lose considerably more weight. However, I'm still very happy with how these particular CLA supplements have helped in conjunction with the others, & they appear to be a high quality product along with PhD Nutritions' whey protein powder I'm also still using regularly. I'm still seeing more sporadic small drops in weight, but without the benefits of exercise I may now be as low, or very close to the lowest I can probably expect. I'll definitely be ordering more of these CLA capsules to give them another try in the very near future though, then see what happens. Supplied in a quality box and plastic tub. Anti-tamper seals are applied, but there's no child proof cap if that's a concern. They're a fresh product, the BBE date on receipt was 13 months into the future. The capsules are slightly larger than medium but they're easy to swallow, (they're very similar to cod liver oil capsules, just bigger), they're longer & thinner rather than short & fat, which helps. They're made from a very thick gelatin, so no nasty taste or aftertaste if you don't/can't swallow them immediately. They need to be swallowed whole & obviously crushing/cutting isn't an option. The box & tub provides full information of the ingredients, recommended dose & maximum dose. Full contact details for the manufacturer are also included. Definitely have noticed the difference and feel great! Great little product, runs out quite fast (15 days if you are taking 2 with every meal) but the 90 capsules is easier to lug around and when I bought it worked out marginally cheaper (how that works I have no idea!) I have had no known side effects, I know people have said that it made their skin break out, and while I may have noticed a bit more oil initially, this has calmed down completely. Thoroughly recommend as part of an active weight loss program, however would not expect it to work miracles - you need to put in the effort too!

### ⭐⭐⭐⭐ Cla 4/5 , could be better

i am very pleased about phd's cla. It is the cheapest i could find (hence the five stars for value) and could not really find any specific fault for it. However i have only given it four out of five stars effectiveness as cla is not the most rapidly felt fat loss supplement. I have been taking it before all 3 of my big meals and continued what i normally do (school sports eg: rugby, gym, athletics, a bit of cricket etc) and adding cla into my regime has resulted in me observing some small (but noticeable)change in that flab around my waist. For ease of use i have rated phd cla five out of five as it is a capsule so it is very convenient to prepare and ingest. So i would not necessarily recommend cla in general to anyone unless you can afford it regularly, however if you were to contemplate adding cla to your diet or supplement regime, i would definitely recommend phd's cla due to its unrivaled combination of value and reputation of its quality. 0 0
