After wearing it for 2 weeks I noticed considerable reduction in ball of foot and heel pain- I hardly get any at all!! Since I spend 8 hours a day standing in smart shoes it's made my life so much more comfortable!They can't be used in snug fitting shoes since they do add to the height of the shoe, but remarkably they are much more shallow than thought they'd be. These ones aren't so breathable for your feet though, if wearing for a long period of time I'd recommend one of the more breathable ones.They do take a lot of patience in trimming to fit your show, but are very recommended. They offer excellent support for the arch of the foot (so much so that when she has them in her feet go down a shoe size!)Bear in mind that these insoles are not designed for comfort so don't expect soft or spongy insoles.
