So it's all a bonus for someone like me. ### ⭐⭐⭐ Helps with constipation, but.... *by H***E on 10 May 2020* I ordered these about three weeks ago and after some experimentation based on other reviews I found that taking one tablet before breakfast and one before evening meal, both times with two glasses of water, helps ease ny constipation. Sometimes I have a bit of wind or stomach ache which I did not have prior to taking these tablets. That is OK. However, I've developed a hot itchy rash on my face over the last seven days, and using antihistamines doesn't help. I will discontinue these capsules for a while to see if the rash subsides. Skin problems are mentioned elsewhere on the Web as as a potential but less common side effect of taking glucomannan.
