We use it in the bath for dry skin conditions and it helps tremendously - there isn't any smell, it simply melts to an oil, the bath is left with a wee bit residue though so it does need a quick wipe at end of bath occasionally. When coming out of a bath after using a few pieces of this, my skin feels like I've slathered on lots of really good moisturiser - my skin is very hydrated and smooth without needing to apply additional products. It does seem to leave a thin layer on you, but it doesn't feel residual like you've got too much oil on, you don't feel greasy. I wash my hair in the bath water and my hair never comes out greasy either - seems to fend away the hardness off the water, even seems to make shaving a bit smoother.
