I brewed 6kg of sugar in a blackberry wine mix. Starting gravity of 1.080 with a final gravity of 0.987 which gave me 12.21% abv. This took under 48 hours as stated, actual time was 42 hours. I had to turn my heater off as it was heating itself up, it hit 35c with no issues! Only downside is the yeast residue left in the wine. It will take sometime to clear, even after I used finnings. My only issue was the frothing, I have a 60 litre plastic barrel and only had 23 litres in it and it still frothed over the top. If your planning on using a 5 gallon fermentation vessel make sure you have it standing in something to catch the overspill. Otherwise great! Review: Very Quick - Great product, works really quickly. As I put my wash through another process I don't bother to use any clearing agents but it comes out great for me every time.
