This is nothing to do with the quality of the adaptor. It just cannot handle 500 Nm of torque. Depending on your model, you will need to decide at what level is acceptable. Start low and work up to an usable level. In use, its fine. Some people have commented on the amount of wobble. Yes, there is wobble, but assuming you're not going to start it up until the bit is engaged with the screw or bolt, I personally don't see what the issue is. An adaptor on a wrench is going to wobble more than an Impact driver, which in turn is going to wobble more than a drill chuck. That's just the way they are designed. In use, it works perfectly well. If you're impact driving all day, then this isn't for you. But for occasional use, and saving the need to carry both tools, it's incredibly useful.
