The swing arrived less than 24 hours after ordering it and my son put it together quite quickly and we are really impressed with the stacks that are supplied with it that actually anchors it to the ground, these stacks are nothing like the old style metal pins, I wish we had a photo to show these stacks but they really do anchor this swing to the ground making the swing extremely safe for my granddaughter to use, she is 21/2 and although she isn't big enough yet to get herself on the seat she lays over the seat and swings herself that way until someone comes to put her on the seat, the higher she goes the more she loves it and the frame does not move. It only took her one push to learn how to get her balance on the seat which was amazing and she is already learning how to propel herself. This swing should last her for a very long time as it is well made and sturdy, the ropes and seat can be put away for the winter to extend their life but can be easily put back on if there is a nice day. The swing itself is not massive so is suitable for most garden sizes. If you have been looking for a garden swing I would definitely recommend this one, I know my granddaughter is going to get many many hours of fun and it will last a for many years.
