I had checked and i was using about 7gb of my current 8gb ram when using a photo editing software. Installed this easily and started computer. Worked as should. When i went into photo editing software and checked Ram usage it was showing 8.5gb. Turns out Pc had been utilising Harddrive caching to make up for the additional 1.5gb and that was what was making it slow.
