Works great. **Q: Can i cut a 12 inch log in half horizontally?** A: Yes **Q: How long of a log does it cut?** A: It will cut a log as long as the rail system you are operating it on. You must have a rail system to make your first cut. There are You-tube videos to help with what you need to do. Our tax threshold is currently £150 I believe. ### ⭐⭐⭐ Missing part *by M***E on 2 October 2023* It comes well packaged and feels well built but on starting to put it together noticed that a couple of bits were missing (handle and fixing screw). I contacted Amazon to see if I could get the missing bits but they said I would have to return the whole thing, which is a real pain.
