The PBH 2100 RE is suitable for both standard and more exacting drilling and chiselling jobs. When your impact drill reaches its limits, it is time to reach for the rotary hammer. It hammers in both concrete and masonry, and also lightens the load on your arms thanks to high feed pressure provided by the pneumatic hammer mechanism. Precise work in various positions Thanks to Vario-Lock, it is possible to attach the chisel in 36 positions. This was so easy and made , the age of a hammer and bolster seem like a bygone time . **Q: How well will this work with a core drill? Need to put a 38mm hole through an internal block wall. If you don't know, you don't need to answer.**
A: 38mm wont be a problem. Used mine with a 72mm core drill through a block wall. just make sure you use a good quality core bit.

**Q: what's the difference between SDS and SDS Plus?**
A: SDS plus is now the most common on the market and is an improvement on the original SDS.  SDS plus still works on the older style SDS fitting.

**Q: Is this strong enough to drill a hole straight through a brick wall? Say to install an external tap or similar.**
A: Yes it is, this was the reason I purchased the drill. I drilled a 16mm hole with the drill through the wall. Ensure you get long reach drills.

**Q: Hi, i just bought this and i bought the drill bits separat , and the drill bits, i can manage to put them in, does this require special drill bits?**
A: I am assuming you mean you cannot fit the drill bits you purchased into this SDS Drill?  Thie Bosch drill only takes SDS DRILL BITS.  Look on Amazon for BOSCH SDS DRILL BITS.  It will take you to a page where you can scroll through and select which Bosch SDS drill bit or set of drill bits you need.  There is also a BOSCH SDS-PLUS ADAPTER WITH DRILL CHUCK.  It just depends on what type of job you need the drill bit to perform - for example: brick, concrete, stone, and so on.  If you need advice, give Bosch a call on 0344 892 8979 for the UK. Excellent bit of kit . Complete with its own storage box . Easy to use and with the tool which I also purchased at the time , it made light work of getting the floor tiles up .
