Thanks in advance.** A: yes you could cut them down, however they will then not be sterile for future use.. best thing is to buy the bottled burn gel, then you can use it on sterilised gauze which you can buy in a smaller size, and its less expensive to do it this way. **Q: how many in a box** A: Just one now, Sept 2016. **Q: What is the expiry date now please?** A: The expiration date on the batch we're currently selling is 10/2021. **Q: Can i use with antibiotic cream?** A: Hi there, I'm not sure best ask a Pharmacist or Doctor, with respect to the goods it works fantastic, I have used just the cream from the pouch too applying a thick layer, it definitely works cooling down the burn. After using it I just clip on the food seal clip on and place in the fridge, nothing wasted and air tight.
