**Q: is this 250mg or 500mg? how come they don't tell us??**
A: Hi Madame, 
Aswaghanda is good. Depends what you want it for. It is very powerful on empty stomach in morning. This one is 500mg. The best type is vati without any coating. If you want it to sleep and relax overcome anxiety. I recommend 5HTP 200mg. This is better than any allopathic it is gentle and as powerful and more powerful than any Ayurveda.

**Q: why is it spelt Ashvagandha with a V and not a W? are these fake? also what is the withanolide content?**
A: It's neither fake nor a mistake. It's a Sanskrit name and can be written with V or a W. Himalaya is a very reputed brand known for quality plant-based products. Go for it.

**Q: When during the day do you take these, morning or night??**
A: I take it 3 times during the day .

**Q: Does anyone know what the mg is per capsule? You think you would put in the description.**
A: 250 mg
They don't mention that this Ashwagandha (ground cherry) helps with high levels of cortisol (adrenalin), what is produced by the adrenal gland, related to low blood-glucose concentration. It even helped my friend to stop shaking when he had hangover after heavy drinking :)

I think this is working. I have been feeling very tired . My test results showed that there is a problem with my thyroid function. I took these tablets as I know that in Ayurvedic medicine this is supposed to help with normalising thyroid function and I think it has as I don't feel the tiredness anymore. Much more energetic. I will need to do further blood tests to confirm though.
