Ingredients list as suger, cocoa butter, whole milk powder, vanilla extract, emulsifier, soya lecithin. You can call them 01592 656737 **Q: Does this product contain milk please?** A: The packet states 'May contain traces of nuts & milk proteins' but that is the only reference to milk that it states. I hope this helps. **Q: Does it dry hard ? can I crumb coat a cake or does it stay soft once cream is added** A: If looking to add cream to the chocolate to keep it smooth and ganache like then yes you should be able to crumb coat a cake.
