However, I feel like I am going to outgrow it within a few weeks. Pros: ·The packaging was neat, discreet and arrived on the day quoted. ·The product itself is good for someone just starting to lift or wants to focus on muscular endurance. · Can be used as dumbbells or a barbell, so saves money in that respect - again, great for someone just starting out. ·The hand grips are comfortable, the weights fit well and don't turn whilst lifting if attached correctly. Cons: ·Sure it comes with 30kg of weights, but you can only fit 18kg on the bar at a time. ·I would definitely not recommend this set if you want to do squats with the barbell setup, the piece that connects the two dumbbells digs into your shoulders and after a few workouts begins to hurt. ·The barbell setup is quite thin, so I wouldn't recommend it for anyone with broad shoulders. ·The weights and connector tend to come loose after a short time, so you may have to make sure they are secure after each workout to avoid any accidents. TL;DR: A nice, cheap set for beginners.
