I've seen reviews for similar items where they say its roughly carved or it looks badly glued together, but there were so such issues with the item I received. The wood seems to be of good quality, it's a nice colour and smooth to the touch. The shape of it is just perfect - no problems with wonkiness or anything - and my Dad really loves it. He now had it on his desk at work, and says he enjoys the laughs he gets when he uses it. All in all, the spectacle holder was a great purchase - very good quality for the price, and delivered promptly.
