However it strikes me that stretching the wire over that length seems a bit ambitious as it is longer than usually the case so it would have to be tensioned more than normally done. Depends a bit on what the wire is meant to do. It may not hold back a raging bull but could hold up a canvas banner. It could be tightened enough to break the wire. **Q: How long are they?** A: to the centre of the eye hooks unwound 150m/m and 100m/m woundin **Q: To actuslly tighten, you have to twist the end will this not result in the wire ending up twisted too and possibly break it from the stress?** A: No, you turn the middle section (after unscrewing either end first of all) and this will tighten each bit without twisting the wires. Several that I bought were slightly warped from their hot dip galvanizing but they all worked fine though so I am pleased.
