You should look at a much stronger type of fixing coach bolts for example. What is it you are trying to do ? **Q: What sized rawl plugs are required to screw these into masonry?** A: I used a 6mm masonry drill bit. Rawl plugs I used are for screw size 6 to 12. Hope this helps you. **Q: What diameter is the eye please** A: Hi. I've just measured and the actual eye diameter is 1.1cm (11mm) Regards **Q: Does anybody know the thread size in mm? I need to get the right size rawl plugs** A: About2mm they are quite small but very strong, used in the garden on fences for climbing plants. ## Frequently Bought Together - Merriway® BH01145 (25 Pcs) Zinc Plated Steel Screw-In Eyes, 40 mm (1.1/2 inch) - Pack of 25 Pieces - Merriway BH00326 Galvanised Coated Garden Wire, (97.5ft) 14 Gauge 1/16 inch Thickness , Grey, 1.6 mm x 30 m - Merriway BH05777, 2.0 mm x 20 Metre Green Plastic Coated Garden Wire --- ## Why Shop on Desertcart? - 🛒 **Trusted by 1.3+ Million Shoppers** — Serving international shoppers since 2016 - 🌍 **Shop Globally** — Access 737+ million products across 21 categories - 💰 **No Hidden Fees** — All customs, duties, and taxes included in the price - 🔄 **15-Day Free Returns** — Hassle-free returns (30 days for PRO members) - 🔒 **Secure Payments** — Trusted payment options with buyer protection - ⭐ **TrustPilot Rated 4.5/5** — Based on 8,000+ happy customer reviews **Shop now:** [https://www.desertcart.tn/products/48082452-merriway-bh01145-25-pcs-zinc-plated-steel-screw-in-eyes](https://www.desertcart.tn/products/48082452-merriway-bh01145-25-pcs-zinc-plated-steel-screw-in-eyes) --- *Product available on Desertcart Tunisia* *Store origin: TN* *Last updated: 2026-10-18*
