I have tried everything my GP had to offer; from steroid cream, medical type emollients - creams, shower gels and bath soaks and to be honest they’ve never done much for me. They have at times provided some relief but it has been very temporary and the eczema returns to full force the second I stop using it excessively and constantly. I have also tried things like lush’s dream cream and random products here and there and again they didn’t even make a dent in my eczema.I happened to find myself researching for new things to try as I recently had a worse than normal flare-up which I attribute to the heatwave we’re currently having in the UK and severe hayfever as they are supposedly all linked.I came across this product and I thought I’d give it a shot but I had zero expectation as I’ve tried many products that claim to help and never did anything. It arrived and I applied it straight away. It can be melted down to an oil which makes it easier to apply but I find this too much hassle. I just want to use it as soon as I feel like it so I scoop it out and rub it hard between my hands and it melts down quickly but due to its thickness - it isn’t easy to spread and you need to rub hard to really work it into the skin.But I can forgive this as I kid you not, after the first application to all the spots affected by eczema, I woke up the next morning and my eczema had pretty much vanished. Some of the more angry patches were still ever so faintly red but after a second application...gone! I have been using this daily now for over a week and all my eczema is gone and completely under control.I have also been using it on my face and I’ve actually had compliments from a few people on how nice and healthy my skin looked. I also love that it’s a natural sunscreen as I’m also a redhead which makes it the perfect product for me.I read some of the reviews which complained of the smell but I find the smell to be very faint and it’s not a bad smell. It’s just not like all these highly scented and fragranced commercial products you find in most shops, which I personally associate with being an irritant so when a product smells strong. I tend to avoid it.This product is a god send for people with eczema. I’m telling you now - buy this if you suffer with it and you will not be disappointed. My skin hasn’t felt this good in a few years.
