Nice and moist and ok taste ,as some previous ones from local community nurse supply I had to add more water .I also use these for my son after his teeth brushing with alcohol free mouth wash and are also lovely and fresh tasting (lemony mint flavour :) recommended for the use required and I have never had a issue with any bits coming off in his mouth /bitten off, and very secure when tested by my son , but again all equipment should always be used with a competent carer /mum . ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Well worth the money!! *by on Reviewed in the United Kingdom 30 August 2016* Bought these for my mother after she was discharged from hospital. The nurse looked up the ingredients and then used one. I was scared to because of my Mum’s poor cough reflex. So a misprint caused a great deal of anxiety at a tremendously challenging time. They were helpful in keeping her mouth moist, it’s a matter of carefully coating the entire mouth.
