I installed the fan in the loft, cut 102mm diameter hole in the ceiling to take 100mm air valve and connected the air valve to the fan using 100mm PVC flexible ducting. I installed a back draught shutter on the output side of the fan and then used 100mm PVC flexible ducting to connect to outside world. The system works a treat. Ive adjusted the run on timer to approximately 10 minutes and the bathroom is now steam free with no condensation forming on the mirror even with several of us using the shower one after the other. **Q: Is this inline extractor suitable to work in conjuction with a cooker extractor.** A: No. I would not use it for anything other than a bathroom extractor fan. **Q: Does the Manrose MF100T extractor fan come complete with the back draught shutter for £55:99 +Free Delivery?** A: I just ordered a back draught shutter at the same time (for about £5) and then taped it to the vent funnel (making sure I connected it the right way round and the right side of the vent !!!) **Q: Hi, we have 10m long ducting in the attic, will it still work efficiently?
