Assembly was easy and it feels very secure. A joy to cook on, easy to raise/lower the grill - I used an additional hook to connect the "hoist" chain to one of the support chains to stop it spinning when trying to flip burgers. I don't know how hardy it is or how prone to rust it is but it looks and feels solid. In an ideal world, it would be collapsible with the supporting triangle folding up so the whole thing could be "squished" for easy storage, but not sure how necessary this is.
