Of the three letters I ordered, two of them came separated. I'm not sure if they were supposed to be separated or together. There was sticky backing on each part of the letter anyway so I could just stick the thinner part to the base, but I wish they had come preformed, and the 'A' had the sticking on the wrong side so it looked a little funky. They are about 2 inches tall and wide. The wood was also pretty discolored and very hard to paint over, I should have used spray paint instead of acrylic paint. Even when I had done many coats of white paint the yellow of the wood was still showing through for some reason.
