But, the Main use for these Brusho's is to be sprinkled onto watercolor paper that has been wet and then the brusho crystals "explode" into gorgeous colors. The Painterly Days and other watercolor coloring books often have very tiny spaces and in my experience it would be hard to get that effect unless you spread the water over, say, a whole leaf and ignored all the tiny lines that make up the leaf. The lines would show through as texture.
