I have very oily skin, so I started using it everyday. I noticed though, that my skin really started to get dry when using it everyday, so I started using it every other day. I still get the same great results, but now I don't have any dryness on my face. This serum is pretty thin and goes on easily. I didn't need to use much to cover my entire face. It absorbed very quickly and I was left with no residue on my face.
